LIABILITY WAIVERS
Liability waivers are required to be signed by anyone entering the park and you must have ID with you to enter the park.
Please remember that all minors will be required to have two parents sign the waiver and be accompanied by one parent or guardian while in the park.
If the minor will not have a parent with them the parents need to fill out the Temporary Guardianship form giving someone over the age of 18 temporary guardianship for the event, this form must be notarized.
The forms for minors need to be filled out before your arrival at the park, this will expedite check in.
The two ways for minors to enter the park: Two Parent Waiver filled out completely with one parent physically present.
Or
Two Parent Waiver filled out completely and the Temporary Guardianship Form filled out and notarized giving someone over the age of 18 that is physically present temporary guardianship for the event.

Booth Information: Vendor must be set up by the opening day of each event and remain open throughout the entire day. Food vendors must commit to the entire event weekend.

Business License: All vendors must have proper licensing through the local and state municipalities, including a state mobile food unit license.
Insurance: All vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 Each Occurrence/$2,000,000 Aggregate. Gone Country Motor Sports, Inc. dba Redneck Yacht Club must be listed as a certificate holder.
